Objective

1. To work for the welfare and overall development (Educational, Social, Political as well Economic)of Minority Community in particular and other community in general.

2. To eradicate unemployment from the community.

3. To work for the girl child and women empowerment of the community.

4. To eradicate poverty and child labor from community.

5. To eliminate inequality, child abuse, women exploitation from the masses.

6. To enroll non-school going children in the primary, secondary and higher secondary schools.

7. To retain them in the schools till completion of the primary, secondary and higher secondary education.

8. To promote universalization of education among the children in the age group of 6-14 years.

9. To increase the literacy in general and female literacy in particular.

10. To create an environment of learning and ensure joyful education process by using local dialects, promotion of art, children’s festivals etc.

11. To organize and empower the community, civil society organization and local self-government institutions for improving the infrastructure at village level.

12. To extend within the formal and non-formal education that touch basic life skills.

13. To develop democratic values, and learning competencies, with assessment and evaluation techniques
